Juan Carlos Patino-Arango was a Roman Catholic seminarian who is accused of child molestation and indecency. While studying in a Roman Catholic seminary, he allegedly molested four boys, who have since filed suit against him, the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, Archbishop Joseph Fiorenza and Pope Benedict XVI, charging that the church conspired to cover up the crime. A settlement was reached in the Houston church sex abuse case. In May 2005 in Texas, he was indicted on a felony criminal charge of indecency with a child.〔http://www.khou.com/news/local/stories/khou040721_cn_sexassault.fb7c2a6.html〕 I personally recognized this person ( Juan Carlos Latino Arango in Bello, Antioquia, Colombia around August 18-21 2015 and had called the police. He was wearing a clerical dress code, but police said that in Colombia he has not done anything wrong, not even a trafic violation. Je was free in 20 minutes and is still around the public. He could belong to another church denomination or probably been ordained Roman Catholic Priest for the Archdiocese of Medellin, Colombia. Where is the International communication between State and churches? Out children deserve better. ==Diplomatic immunity request of Pope== When Pope Benedict was personally accused in a lawsuit of conspiring to cover up the molestation of three boys in Texas by Patino-Arango in Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, he sought and obtained diplomatic immunity from prosecution.〔("Pope seeks immunity in Texas abuse case" ), ''Associated Press'', August 17, 2005.〕 Some have claimed that this immunity was granted after intervention by then US President George W. Bush.〔Deliver Us from Evil (2006 film).〕 The Department of State "recognize() and allow() the immunity of Pope Benedict XVI from this suit."〔http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/87327.pdf〕 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Juan Carlos Patino-Arango」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
